Exceptionally clean property with efficient and highly efficient staff from Felix the Duty Manager. Fantastic very central location, next to township and most tourist attractions. Also, easy access to Huka Jets.

Favourable and beautiful location, close to all amenities. Also - just off the restaurant which has a pretty good menu, the Markets lake and downtown Rotorua and a supermarket, outdoor equipment shops, about three good food outlets and so forth.

Appreciated Taupo, the hotel was grand old and well priced to after a day of activity. The pool was very clean and I had soft drinks in the pool bar. Besides, the parking was on site. Spent here 2 good days and will be back.

The hotel was reasonably spacious, with very attentive staff and ideal location close to the golf course. Location short walk to the corridor's and restaurant, and Huka Falls and the Prawn Park or Craters on the Moon. Within short walking distance to Huka Jets.

We loved staying 3 nights here. They placed us in an a twin room which was neat and modern. Caring staff from Felix the Duty Manager and the pool area was nice. Location: the hotel was not far from Taupo and Hot Spa, and the prawn farm and Huka falls.
